Jesus is Jesus Christ, also called the Son of God. Please keep in mind that there are many names and descriptions of Jesus and not only “The Son …” (Study: Different Names and descriptions of Jesus)

God the Father is God the Father, He is God Almighty, the one true God is Sovereign over all that exists, everything exists because of the one and only God Almighty. EVEN JESUS LIVES BECAUSE OF GOD Joh6:57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. …

Read these verses and understand that Jesus was the first of all God’s creation and that it began in heaven Col 1:15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. Heb 1:6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God’s angels worship him.” (firstborn here means His firstborn in heaven !!!)

In human language there are no words enough to describe how Almighty God the Father, God the Creator, is!! (He is The God of the Bible… Remember that the God of the Bible is NOT NOT NOT the god of the Muslims. They call their god Allah and their god Allah has absolutely nothing to do with our God of the Bible)

GOD OF THE BIBLE

Isa 46:9 remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me.

Exo 3:14 God said to Moses, I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.'”

1 Ti 1:17 now to the king eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

1Co 8:6 yet for us there is but one God, the father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.

GOD THE FATHER IS NOT JESUS

AND JESUS IS NOT GOD THE FATHER

THEY ARE NOT “TWO IN ONE”

THEY ARE NOT “THREE IN ONE” WHEN REFERRING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT AS WELL

GOD THE FATHER DID NOT COME TO EARTH IN THE FLESH AS JESUS!

THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT SPIRITS!!

God and Jesus are two different almighty spirits. But God is greater than Jesus!! Joh 14:28 “You heard me say, ‘I am going away and I am coming back to you.’ If you loved me, you would be glad that I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.

JESUS AS THE SON OF GOD

WHEN GOD SENT JESUS INTO THE WORLD GOD USES THIS FIGURE OF SPEECH, ‘MY SON” to describe the relationship, to indicate that as a father is greater than a son , so is He, God the Father greater than Jesus.(This relationship of father and son is familiar to the human being)

Pro 30:4 who has gone up to heaven and come down? Whose hands have gathered up the wind? Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is the name of his son? Surely you know!

Gal_4:4 But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

Rom 1:4 and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord.

Rom 1:9 God, whom I serve in my spirit in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you

Joh_10:36 what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’?

Act_13:33 he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus. As it is written in the second Psalm: “‘You are my son; today I have become your father.’

Heb_1:5 For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father”? Or again, “I will be his Father, and he will be my Son”?

Heb_5:5 In the same way, Christ did not take on himself the glory of becoming a high priest. But God said to him, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father.”

1Jn_4:9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

1Jn_4:10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

YOU ALSO NEED TO UNDERSTAND that God also created the angels and that His relationship with the angels is different from His relationship with Jesus. Heb 1:5 For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my Son; today I have become your Father”? Or again, “I will be his Father, and he will be my Son”? Luk 1:32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David,

THE ORIGIN/BEGINNING OF JESUS NOBODY KNOWS because we as humans were not in heaven before. The Bible says about “the beginning /origin” of Jesus: Col_1:15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. …( this means the firstborn in heaven , Jesus was the first to be “created” and the beginning of creation happened in heaven) Heb_1:6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all God’s angels worship him.” Joh_6:57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.7

WHAT WE ALSO KNOW IS THAT GOD WANTS US TO UNDERSTAND that Jesus was with God from the “beginning”

Mic 5:2 “but you, Bethlehem Ephrata, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.”

Pro 30:4 who has gone up to heaven and come down? Whose hands have gathered up the wind? Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is the name of his son? Surely you know!

Joh 1:1 in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.

Joh 1:2 He was with God in the beginning…1 Co 8:6 yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live

Joh 8:58 “very truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “before Abraham was born, I am!”….( also read the previous verses to understand that Jesus want to explain to them that he was already ‘there’- it is in heaven) before Abraham who they claim to be their father and descendants of .Joh 8:53 are you greater than our father Abraham? He died, and so did the prophets. Who do you think you are?” Joh 8:57 “you are not yet fifty years old,” they said to him, “and you have seen Abraham!”…

Joh 17:5 and now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began

Joh 17:24 “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because You loved me before the creation of the world.

Mar 12:36 David himself, speaking by the Holy Spirit, declared: “‘the lord said to my lord: “sit at my right hand until I put your enemies under your feet.”‘

JESUS CAME FROM HEAVEN

GOD SENT JESUS FROM HEAVEN TO DO HIS WILL ( also study : God sent Jesus to earth for different reasons)

1 Ti 3:16 beyond all question, the mystery from which true Godliness springs is great: he appeared in the flesh, was vindicated by the spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, and was taken up in glory.

Psa 40:6 Sacrifice and offering you did not desire– but my ears you have opened– burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require.

Psa 40:7 Then I said, “Here I am, I have come– it is written about me in the scroll.

Psa 40:8 I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart.”

Heb 10:5 therefore, when Christ came into the world, he said: “sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me;

Heb 10:6 with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased.

Heb 10:7 then I said, ‘here I am–it is written about me in the scroll– I have come to do your will, my God.'”

Joh 4:34 “my food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.

1 Ti 2:5 for there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,

1 Joh 4:10 this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent his son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

Mat 12:18 “here is my servant whom I have chosen, the one I love, in whom I delight; I will put my spirit on him, and He will proclaim justice to the nations.

1 Joh4:9 this is how God showed his love among us: He sent His one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

Joh 17:8 for I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me.

Joh 17:18 as you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world.

Joh 17:21 that all of them may be one, father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me?

Joh 13:3 Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God;

GOD IS THE FATHER OF JESUS (AND OF THE RIGHTEOUS CHRISTIANS)

Mat 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Joh 8:28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me.

Joh 8:42 Jesus said to them, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God. I have not come on my own; God sent me.

Joh 8:49 “I am not possessed by a demon,” said Jesus, “but I honor my Father and you dishonor me.

Joh 8:54 Jesus replied, “If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me.

Joh 10:15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father–and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Joh 10:17 The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life–only to take it up again.

Joh 10:18 No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”

Joh 12:27 “Now my soul is troubled, and what shall I say? ‘Father, save me from this hour’? No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour.

Joh 12:49 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken.

Joh 12:50 I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.”

Joh 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Joh 14:31 but he comes so that the world may learn that I love the Father and do exactly what my Father has commanded me. “Come now; let us leave.

Joh 15:9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

Joh 15:16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit–fruit that will last–and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

Joh 15:23 Whoever hates me hates my Father as well.

GOD the FATHER appointed Jesus as GOD over HIS creation :

Heb 1:2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.

Heb 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Heb 1:8 But about the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever; a scepter of justice will be the scepter of your kingdom.

Joh_1:18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

Eph 1:22 And God placed all things under his feet and appointed him to be head over everything for the church,

Php 2:6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;

Rev 3:14 “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God’s creation.

GOD appointed Jesus as Judge

Joh_5:27 And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.

Act 17:31 For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

Act 10:42 He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead.

2Ti_4:1 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge:

2Ti_4:8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day–and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

Heb_10:30 For we know him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge his people.”

Heb_12:23 to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,

GOD AND JESUS ARE TWO DIFFERENT SPIRITS and there are many more verses describing the difference between God and Jesus. Remember God is Spirit and so is Jesus Joh_4:24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”. Also understand that the image of God is not the image of us as human beings. The image of God and Jesus is Righteousness and Holiness. Eph 4:24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
