PROSPERITY PREACHING IS FROM THE DEVIL !!

IS YOUR PASTOR /MINISTER PREACHING ABOUT MONEY?

Is he/she asking you to sow your seed and Is he/she promising you that God will bless you because of the seed you have sown ?

Is he/she promising you that the more you give the more you will be     blessed ?

ALL THESE PFROMISES ARE LIES FROM THE DEVIL !!

Wake up and see through these lies !!! These pastors /ministers are only misusing the name of the Lord and the Word of God .

Many pastors/preachers/ministers are false prophets/ministers and are only using the ministry they are in, to get as many people as possible to come to their churches to get more and more money from the people, their followers, as they have become greedy as they become richer and richer !!!

There are many very very rich pastors – some of them are of the richest people in the world !!!One of the verses they are using is Mal 3:10 and the way they explain the verse is just to get what they want .

BUT Christians are under no obligation to fulfil the command to tithe as given to the Israelites as part of the Mosaic Law. The tithe was a requirement of the Law in which all Israelites were to give 10 percent of everything they earned and grew, to the tabernacle/temple.

In the New Testament for the believers to give was about equality among believers as Paul said 2Co_8:13  Our desire is not that others might be relieved while you are hard pressed, but that there might be equality.

2Co_8:14  At the present time your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. The goal is equality,

THE PASTORS/MINISTERS WHO ARE MAKING PROMISES OF MONEY AND BLESSINGS AND PROSPERITY AND JOBS AND HOUSES ETC ARE LISTENING TO THEIR FATHER THE DEVIL and the Devil is the one who is deceiving them as they are doing and preaching the opposite what God and Jesus want.

THE TIME JESUS WAS IN THIS WORLD, THE DEVIL ALSO MADE PROMISES TO JESUS AND SAID TO JESUS:

Mat 4:8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. Mat 4:9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.” Luk 4:6 And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. Luk 4:7 If you worship me, it will all be yours.”

LISTEN WHAT JESUS SAID ABOUT THE RICH: :

Mat19:23 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven.

Mat19:24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”

Mat19:21 Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

Luk6:24 “But woe to you who are rich, for you have already received your comfort.

Luk 12:16 And he told them this parable: “The ground of a certain rich man yielded an abundant harvest.

Luk 12:17 He thought to himself, ‘What shall I do? I have no place to store my crops.’

Luk 12:19 And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”‘

Luk 12:20 “But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you. Then who will get what you have prepared for yourself?’

Luk 12:21 “This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God.”

Luk 16:13 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

Luk 16:19 “There was a rich man who was dressed in purple and fine linen and lived in luxury every day.

Luk 16:20 At his gate was laid a beggar named Lazarus, covered with sores

Luk 16:21 and longing to eat what fell from the rich man’s table. Even the dogs came and licked his sores.

Luk 16:22 “The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried.

Luk 16:23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he looked up and saw Abraham far away, with Lazarus by his side.

Luk 16:24 So he called to him, ‘Father Abraham, have pity on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, because I am in agony in this fire.’

Luk 16:25 “But Abraham replied, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things, but now he is comforted here and you are in agony.

Luk 16:26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.’

Luk 16:27 “He answered, ‘Then I beg you, father, send Lazarus to my family,

Luk 16:28 for I have five brothers. Let him warn them, so that they will not also come to this place of torment.’

Luk 16:29 “Abraham replied, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them listen to them.’

Luk 16:30 “‘No, father Abraham,’ he said, ‘but if someone from the dead goes to them, they will repent.’

Luk 16:31 “He said to him, ‘If they do not listen to Moses and the Prophets, they will not be convinced even if someone rises from the dead.'”

Mar 4:18 Still others, like seed sown among thorns, hear the word;

Mar 4:19 but the worries of this life, the deceitfulness of wealth and the desires for other things come in and choke the word, making it unfruitful.

Rev_3:17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.

PETER SAID ABOUT THE FALSE TEACHERS :

2Pe 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them–bringing swift destruction on themselves.

2Pe 2:2 Many will follow their depraved conduct and will bring the way of truth into disrepute.

2Pe 2:3 IN THEIR GREED these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping.

THE DESCIPLES WERE POOR:

Luk_6:20 Looking at his disciples, he said: “Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

LEARN FROM THE PAST AND SEE YOUR MINISTER FOR WHO HE REALY IS:

THE PHARSIEES WHO WERE THE PASTORS/MINISTERS IN THE TIME OF JESUS ALSO LOVED MONEY AND WERE GREEDY.

Luk_16:14 The Pharisees, who loved money, heard all this and were sneering at Jesus.

Mat_23:25 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

THE TEACHERS OF THE LAW AND PHARISEES(Pastors of that time ) ALSO LOVED TO TRAVEL TO PREACH:

Mat_23:15 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You travel over land and sea to win a single convert, and when you have succeeded, you make them twice as much a child of hell as you are.

THE HEARTS OF THE PRIESTS/PASTORS/MINISTERS WERE :

Mat 23:23 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices–mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law–justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.

Mat 23:24 You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.

Mat 23:25 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence.

Mat 23:26 Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.

Mat 23:27 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean.

Mat 23:28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.

PAUL SAID ABOUT THE GREEDY:

1Co_5:10 not at all meaning the people of this world who are immoral, or the greedy and swindlers, or idolaters. In that case you would have to leave this world.

1Co_5:11 But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.

1Co_6:10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Eph_5:5 For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person–such a person is an idolater–has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

1Ti 6:9 THOSE WHO WANT TO BE RICH fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.

1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

JAMES SAID

Jas_2:6 But you have dishonored the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court?

Jas_5:1 Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you.

JESUS HIMSELF HAD NOTHING WHEN HE WAS IN THIS WORLD

Mat_8:20 Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

Life is not about money and prosperity :

1Ti 6:11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

Jas_2:5 Listen, my dear brothers and sisters: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?

Luk_12:15 Then he said to them, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”

1Ti 6:9 Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.

1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it.

1Ti 6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.

DO YOU WANT TO BE BLESSED? LISTEN WHAT JESUS SAID WHO WILL BE BLESSED :

Mat 5:1 Now when Jesus saw the crowds, he went up on a mountainside and sat down. His disciples came to him,

Mat 5:2 and he began to teach them. He said:

Mat 5:3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Mat 5:4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.

Mat 5:5 Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

Mat 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.

Mat 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

Mat 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.

Mat 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

Mat 5:10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Mat 5:11 “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.

Luk_6:21 Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied. Blessed are you who weep now, for you will laugh.

Luk_6:22 Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man.

Luk_11:28 He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

Joh_13:17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

Joh_20:29 Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO AND GIVE :

Mat 25:34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.

Mat 25:35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,

Mat 25:36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’

Mat 25:37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?

Mat 25:38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?

Mat 25:39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’

Mat 25:40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’

ADVICE:

1Ti_6:8 But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that.

Heb_13:5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

Mat_19:21 Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

Luk_12:33 Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys.

Mat_6:24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
